If a person finds a $100 bill on the ground and takes it but does not attempt to return it to its rightful owner, does he do it because he wants to hurt others? Or is it because that person is greedy and does not realize that it will hurt someone else?

I believe that Hellraiser should stop insulting others and such because it does offend them, but I do not believe that makes him a bad person. I would not force him to stop, I would try to get him to stop for the sake of others, but who am I to tell him he is wrong? I do not know the first thing about him so I will not judge him, although from what he has shown on these forums, it is not that he wants to hurt others. From what I have seen, it is simply that he does not truly understand that people are offended, even if in his mind, they should not be.

Hellraiser- The fact is that the things you do, do hurt people. Maybe eventually they will learn to not be offended by comments such as yours, but at the present time, they are offended. I believe everyone should do their best to acommodate for this.

Quite ironic the same person who called me a stalker because she had a problem with my tiger woods anology should comment on other people.... but I digress.

This game is probably the most open ended game to satify a wide variety of people....and yet people choose to exploit, cheat, scam, and complain almost nonstop when they put a stop to something....oooh it's too hard.

I totally enjoy the game, mostly because it afford me the luxury of grouping with henchman.

Oh no worries, just pointing out that there's more than one sort of person who insults. Some people I've met blame the actual person for being insulted, and some apologise for hurting them.

Sorry to assume but the way HR talks he doesn't seem like the kind to apologise. I'm mainly referring to his "Just quit the game if you don't like what I say" attitude.

Wow this guy claims to be a nice person in real life but it your actions throughout that show who you really are. you cannot say that who i am in the game is not synonymous with who i am in real life. it is simply a hiden part of you that may or may not escapoe in real life you cannot deny its esistence. communicating over guild wars is just like communicating over the telephone. No one likes it when you are rude to them using any mode of communication. You are right there is no more need to argue it is clear who is right the stronger arguements will prevail and hopefully i will talk sense into people who were perhaps thinking of becoming like hellraiser or dash. who you are is who you are you can always change it but you can't hide from it.

No offence mate, but if your fun includes ruining other people's then you should be the ones to stay away from the game. You don't NEED to insult people to enhance your gameplay, but BEING insulted ruins other's.

Yes i do have the quit the game if you dont like what i say attitude. I will apologize if iam wrong, but if some one is going to cry at their desktop because i made fun of them in a online game, i will just call them a nerd and go on with my life.

It is not that he thinks the other person does not care. It is just that that thought does not cross his mind, and if it does, his own well being outweighs another human being's. It is not a statement about him wanting to hurt people. It is a statement about him being greedy.
